Delivery and pickup services are available on tent and item rentals, which meet our delivery minimums. As soon as you begin adding items to your quote request, you'll be able to see the Request a Quote page for all specific requirements.
Standard delivery fees are based on first floor drop-off and do not include set-up of equipment unless prearranged (tailgate delivery).
Set up/Knock-down service and delivery to other than ground floor is available at an additional charge. Arrangements must be made in advance. Sunday and after hour deliveries are also available for an additional charge
At time of pick-up, all tables and chairs should be broken down and stacked in an orderly fashion in preparation for Hampton Roads Event Rentals.
